Matthew has worked in some fantastic restaurants here in England and as far flung as Sydney, Melbourne and Barcelona.
He worked at Gordon Ramsay's flagship restaurant and with Marcus Wareing at Petrus in London, before re-locating to the Bath Priory and opening Dukes Hotel with Michelin Starred Chef Martin Blunos.
More recently, Matthew was Head Chef at Calcot Manor's Conservatory restaurant, where he met David Almeida, our restaurant manager.
Matthew is now settled in Nailsworth living with his wife, Hannah, who somehow juggles being a restaurant owner and a full time mother to two gorgeous girls, Jemima & Elsie.
