Wilder Update

It has been so lovely seeing our wonderful customers, both old and new. Your support has been marvelous over the past couple of months!

As we are currently in Tier 4 under the government guidelines we have had to close our doors once again.

As soon as we are able to, we will be back up and running!

Wilder is back! It’s been great to see so many wonderful customers back and we are super excited to be back in the kitchen creating new dishes and trying new wines ready for you to enjoy!

Wilder is open every Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening.

Wilder is our three AA Rosette restaurant on quirky Market Street, just ‘stone’s throw’ from our original venture Wild Garlic.  On Saturday evenings we create an eight-course surprise tasting menu.  Wilder serves creative cooking in a small intimate venue for the discerning diner.

Following Covid-19 there will be some changes as to how your meal and drinks will be served, we have found creative ways to work this into our service, which we feel will make for an even more memorable evening.

Every menu changes daily depending on the season and what catches Chef’s eye from the market.  Expect beautiful dishes with a delicate balance of texture and colour and a strong focus on flavour.  A matching wine flight is a perfect way to complete the experience.

Should you have any specific dietary requirements please don’t worry, we get in touch to discuss any dislikes or allergies beforehand.  We want to be certain all the surprises you experience are good ones.
