There is no menu!

Wilder is a labour of love; inspiration comes from our own dining adventures in the UK and abroad.  Degustation menus in Sydney and Melbourne, Tapas dishes in Barcelona, and Agriturismo experiences in Italy; all this passion for dining goes into our menus.

Chef Matthew Beardshall has learned from some of the UK’s best Chefs: Gordon Ramsey, Marcus Wareing, Angela Hartnett, Simon Rogan and Martin Blunos.

The menu is inspired by the seasons and of course, the very best produce from the markets.  We use local suppliers and champion food from the South West.
